Traveling to South Africa requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Please take a look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire soon.

FINAL Payment is due 45 day prior to departure.

Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.

When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or contact me for a convenient payment plan option.

Once full payment is received, travel documents, and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.

It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Traveling with Mesha of all email address changes.

Guest should plan to arrive at Cape Town International Airport (CPT)

Guest should schedule departure airfare from O.R. Tambo International Airport (JNB). Note: your evening flight should not be scheduled any time prior to 6:00 PM.

If purchasing your own flight you should notify Traveling with Mesha so that we can ensure a shuttle is ready to transfer you to resort. Flight information has to be received 45 days prior to the departure of your trip to secure your round trip airport transfers. Failure to submit your flight information by this date will result in you forfeiting your airport transfers.
